American Cuisine is featured with creative signature entrees, scrumptious desserts, and excellent service. The Grouse Nest is open year round serving lunch and dinner. Outdoor seating is available during the warm months. And check out the Jack in the Pulpit Wi-Fi Lounge after dinner or for happy hour from 4 to 6 p.m. Watch OSU games and other sporting events on a 50" Flat Screen TV.

THE TRAVELING CHEF: The Grouse Nest Traveling Chef utilizes the Gourmet Entertainment Network to offer couples a romantic and unique dining experience prepared and served by our professional chefs in the comfort of your own cabin. If you have a larger group, we offer a discount when you book more than three couples. We offera choice of a Signature or Executive dinner package. The Traveling Chef can also bring you a Breakfast Basket or Picnic Basket, or a House-Made Frozen Pizza for that late night snack. The Traveling Chef travels anywhere in the Hocking Hills.
Shaw's Restaurant
SHAW'S RESTAURANT: Enjoy the charm of Shaw's Restaurant on the Square in historic Lancaster, Ohio. We feature American and Global cuisine with a reputation for aged in-house steaks and Fresh Seafood. The daily changing menu reflects the seasons, and Shaw’s strives to use local produce when available. An extensive wine list and cocktails are available 7 days a week. Shaw's has received the prestigious Wine Spectator Award of Excellence since 1996. Susie Cork, the general manager, also offers cooking classes in Shaw's newly renovated Cooking Studio.
